For 25+ years, Larkspur has created beautiful, nature-inspired floral and event designs. What began as a small business specializing in weddings blossomed into flower deliveries and other corporate and special events. They now grow their own flowers on a sustainable flower farm in Buchanan, Michigan.

Both a production studio & event space, LOW RES amplifies creativity and builds community. They’re a creative agency and hub for creative-minded people, all housed in a space built around their mission. Plus, the content they produce is inspiring.

Who doesn’t love to celebrate food? Husband and wife team Andy Schwegler and Julie Morelli design, write, illustrate, and produce printed goods for the food obsessed (their food puns and humor will make you giggle). From stationery to home goods, all their products are designed in Chicago, IL.
Parchment House
The most perfect oasis retreat in order to reflect and create. Built by Chicago food and prop stylist Johanna Brannan Lowe, this 1920s modern farmhouse in Three Oaks, Michigan is available for leadership retreats, creative teams, chef testing retreats, photo/film shoots, and other business-related events by request.

Hello, MY NAME IS Colleen
As the founder + data lady of The Crew Consultants, I began my career on Wall Street as an investment banker specializing in mergers and acquisitions before being tapped to focus on strategic communications and analyses for the Head of Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers/Barclays Capital.
After four years in finance, I headed west to Chicago to fuse my love for numbers and storytelling. I worked on public relations campaigns at Edelman and served as the Marketing Director at an education-focused nonprofit.
My diverse background working with founders, small teams, and complex organizations makes me a versatile advisor. I quickly assess situations and use data to help founders solve problems and make smarter, more informed decisions.
Originally from New York City, I graduated with a BSBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Richmond. I enjoy running, photography, and am working to improve my culinary skills.
